Georgianna Schroeder
Georgianna is a food and nutrition scientist. She studies how people choose what they eat, and how to help them choose better. She loves all things plants and fermentation.
Erik Hom
Erik is a microbiologist. He has spent twenty years studying the microbes that make fermentation possible. He enjoys spreading the good news about microbes.
